As a continuation of Dragon Waves - When you sink slide your foot between your opponent's legs. Shifting the weight into the left leg, drive the shoulder under the opponent's pelvis. As you stand into the left leg the motion of the right hand pull the opponent across your shoulders and throws them to the ground.
On it's own. From a low stance. Shoot a palm strike up to the opponent's jaw to draw their guard up. Follow with a knee to the abdomen.
Every Yang Style Tai Chi movement is said to have between three and thirty applications. The application listed is one example of how to effectively apply the movement.
